Agreement

By creating an account or using QuikPBX services you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service description

QuikPBX provides a cloud management plane for phone system configuration, optional Cloud calling through SignalWire Call Fabric, and On-site PBX software for LAN SIP. Features available to you depend on your plan and integrations you enable.

Free forever

The Free plan is offered at $0 with no fixed expiration date, subject to these terms and fair-use limits. "Free forever" means QuikPBX will not charge subscription fees for Free-tier entitlements unless we provide advance notice of a material change and an option to export your data. We may modify Free entitlements (for example seat or site limits) with reasonable notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

Plan entitlements

Free includes, within published limits:

  • Up to 5 extensions
  • 1 hosted DID (with BYO SignalWire connected)
  • 1 On-site PBX site
  • Basic routing, voicemail, desk-phone provisioning, and QuikPBX Phone support

Paid plans add features such as call recording, queues, and AI receptionist, billed per extension through Stripe. Exceeding entitlements may require upgrade or throttling. SignalWire usage is governed by your SignalWire agreement and billed separately.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
  • Comply with applicable telecom, recording-consent, and data-protection laws for your jurisdiction and use case.
  • Maintain your SignalWire project, On-site PBX hardware, and network — including backups and security patches where applicable.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful robocalling, spam, harassment, or attempts to bypass plan limits or third-party carrier policies.

Availability and changes

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may update features, APIs, and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or email where practicable.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuikPBX's total liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid QuikPBX in the twelve months before the claim. On the Free plan that amount is $0. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for outages or charges from SignalWire, Stripe, or your On-site infrastructure.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, abuse, or legal requirement. Upon termination you remain responsible for fees incurred and must stop using the service.
